Apirro ("we", "us") operates the AI Visibility and Agentic Commerce platform available at apirro.ai. We act as the data controller for personal data processed about visitors and customers.

Account data: name, email, company, and authentication credentials.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, scan history, and aggregated performance metrics.

Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we store only the minimum required to issue invoices and reconcile subscriptions.

Submitted content:URLs, prompts, catalogs, and other content you provide to be analysed by the platform.

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, support customers, run AI scans and analyses, send transactional emails, and — where permitted — measure product usage to improve Apirro.

We rely on (a) performance of contract to deliver the Service you subscribed to, (b) legitimate interest to secure and improve the platform, and (c) your consent for optional analytics cookies and marketing communications.

We share data with sub-processors that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting, database, email, and AI model providers. All sub-processors are bound by data protection agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Account and billing data are retained for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. Scan results may be retained according to your plan's data retention window.
