By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using Apirro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Apirro provides AI Visibility scoring, Agentic Commerce readiness analysis, and related tooling. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and may change over time.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial and you can cancel anytime before the first charge. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions of the Service. Automated scraping of the Service outside of documented APIs is prohibited.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Apirro a limited licence to process that data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next renewal.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that jeopardise the security or stability of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". Scores, rankings, and recommendations produced by AI models are probabilistic and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apirro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
